The Franklin Regional School District is located in Southwestern Pennsylvania approximately 20 miles east of Pittsburgh. The district encompasses the Municipality of Murrysville and the Boroughs of Delmont and Export. The District currently enrolls about 3,400 students in grades Kindergarten through 12.

 

The District comprises four schools: (Updated August 2022)

  • Franklin Regional Senior High School –  students
  • Franklin Regional Middle School –  students
  • Franklin Regional Intermediate School - students
  • Franklin Regional Primary School – students

 

2022-2023 Budget: $64,517,870

Millage Rate: 106.35 (1 mil raises approximately 355,000 in revenue)

 

Franklin Regional is an Award Winning School District:

  • In the Summer of 2022, Franklin Regional was selected by the School Superintendent's Associations' (AASA) Learning 2025 Commission as a "Learning 2025 Demonstration System to Watch"
