Name/Logo/Branding Scheme:
The District is proud of the logos that brand Franklin Regional to the rest of the world. Protecting to use of our logos and our branding scheme is extremely important in preserving the identity of the District.
All district logos, including our name, are registered with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) as official trademarks of the Franklin Regional School District.
Use of our logos without specific permission is unlawful. The misuse or misrepresentation of our trademarks will be subject to legal penalties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Anyone interested in obtaining permission to use any of our official trademark logos is asked to contact the Communications Department at 724-327-5456 x4103 or by email at [email protected] to make a formal request. Please include your name and contact information, the business, or organization you represent, and how you wish to use the logo.
