NOMINATION CRITERIA:

The nominee must be graduated from Franklin Regional for a minimum of ten (10 years)
The nominee has brought honor to Panther Athletics through exemplary post-graduate accomplishments
The nominee has demonstrated significant accomplishments as an FR athlete as determined by statistical records or the number and stature of the awards received.
The nominee possesses distinctive or unique accomplishments which brought acclaim and public attention in a positive manner to Franklin Regional Senior High School or to the nominee
The nominee's success or prominence in life, including his/her professional career, stature in the community, and service to the school and its athletic program.
The nominee will automatically qualify for consideration if the following criteria are met:
- Played on a team that earned a WPIAL or PIAA Championship
- Earned an individual WPIAL or PIAA Championship
- Qualified as an all-state competitor based on a contested event
