Grab N Go Meal Program

The Franklin Regional School District, along with Metz Culinary Management, will begin serving meals to any current Franklin Regional students or children age 18 or under who live in the Franklin Regional community.

You do not need to be enrolled in the free and reduced lunch program to receive these meals. Any child 18 and under residing in the Franklin Regional community may be served meals.

The Grab-n-Go meal distribution will start Monday, April 6, 2020. The distribution will be Monday-Friday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm (except for April 10) under a tent, which will be located near the patio entrance of the Franklin Regional Senior High School.

PA School Closure Extended Indefinitely

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced on March 30, 2020, that he is extending the school shutdown across the Commonwealth indefinitely. Pennsylvania schools will remain closed through a date to be determined. FR families should anticipate the District continuing with online instruction through May 1, 2020.

In compliance with the guidance of Governor Tom Wolf’s Declaration of Emergency, the Franklin Regional Board of School Directors is rescheduling the regular voting meeting on March 30, 2020, beginning at 7:30 p.m. The meeting will be online only and live-streamed.
