Contractor Packet
As per the Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law which affects all school districts and businesses working within a district, all new or existing contractors with or without direct contact with students need to submit all of the following documentation listed in the below Contractor Packet prior to the start of any assignment in order to work in any capacity, at any school or activity. Contractors working on district property may have direct contact with students and therefore must comply with the all requirements. Failure to complete or resubmit required paperwork may result in failure to admit the contractor’s employee into the school district or may result in removal from the job assignment. In addition to the requirements below, contractors must submit a list of all employees who will be working on Franklin Regional School District (FRSD) property.
